XVII
The 17th season of the DEV Challenge was held in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, entirely online. Nevertheless, the competition brought together more than 1000 IT professionals, and the top 150 made it to the Finals.
Cinema Tech Breakthrough
Thanks to the cooperation with the DEV Challenge, SWEET.TV has launched a new Cinema Tech direction for streaming platforms. The initiative was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Prize for Winners
The competition included tasks related to Cinema Tech. The winners received a 7-day tour to San Francisco, including meetings with experts from leading companies such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
“Our goal is to stimulate the creation of effective IT technologies in the field of streaming platforms. That's why we initiated the Cinema Tech direction within the DEV Challenge championship. The participants received a task from us to develop innovative solutions that will help Ukrainian viewers become regular connoisseurs of high-quality national content on any convenient medium.”
